Serial Memory Support

High speed serial memories are a revolutionary technology emerging in the memory market to address the system complexities introduced by wide and fast switching parallel memory busses. Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC) is a new serial memory technology developed by the Hybrid Memory Cube Consortium using transceiver based connectivity to provide higher bandwidth capability.
