Milestones
2001 Macro Group keeps partnership with the world-leading OEMs and distributors of electronic components
2003 The Scientific and Technical Centre of Macro Group was founded on the basis of Saint-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University
2005 The first representative office was opened in Moscow within new development strategy of the company
2006 Two more representative offices in Russia were opened in the cities of Cheboksary and Rostov-na-Donu
2007 Office in Ekaterinburg was opened. The new service of Contract Manufacturing was launched
2008 To serve better the needs of the customers from Siberia region an additional representative office of Macro Group was opened in the city of Novosibirsk
2009 15th annyversary of Macro Group and International Electronic Conference. The new division for Solid State Lighting and services was launched.

There is a group of high-qualified and experienced FAEs, engaged in design-in process in Macro Group. Among fulfilled projects there are:

- Battery charger based on Power Integrations' ICs
- CapSense keypads
- Multifunctional personal GPS-tracker for police, based on industry-smallest Leadtek Sirf StarIII GPS module
- Inflammable and toxic gases analyzer.
Technical Support
Macro Group provides technical support for the customers at every work stage:
- Replacements selection
- Providing with samples
- Supplying the debugging utilities and software
- Rendering necessary technical documentation, providing informatin about reliability, solder and storage of electronic components
- Holding seminars on new products and manufacturers

Quality control
The company has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System for the customers technical support, distribution and storage of electronic components, which fulfills the requirements of the standatd ISO 9001:2000.
Macro Group's quality system also meets the requirements of the Special Use product supply of the Russian standard GOST RV 20.57.412 and RD V 319.010, which allows military supplies.
